Fought, of the BoroUgh of Mechanicsburg, County I I of Cumb~rland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and dispos- ing mind, memory and understanding, dl make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testamentl hereby revoking and making I . void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct the payment of all my j~st debts and funeral expenses I . as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. 2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, person- . I al and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give, devise I and bequeath to Elizabeth M. Fought, Donald E. Fought, and Robert A. Fought, co-trustees, in trust for the following purposes: A. The trustees shall pay the net income derived from this trust estate .to-my wife, Elizabeth M. I Fought ," for and during her natural life. In the event that my slid wife should exhaust her own assets, Donald E. Fought and Robert AJ Fought, as trustees aforesaid, . I (or the survivor of them if one of them should be deceased) shall have the sole discretionary authority Ito determine to use and consume so much' of the principal of this trusJ estate as may be necessary for her comfortable support and maintenande, including medical, surgi- cal and hospital or other institutionJl care. . Fought. Upon the death of my wife, I:direct the trustees to pay the expenses of her funeral, including a, proper marker for her grave, if she dies without an estate with funds with which to pay the same. 3. I hereby authorize, empower and direct my executors, as such, and my trustees, as such, to sell at public or private sale or sales and to convey any real estate which I may own at the ~ime of my de- cease, or which may be acquired by my trustees, and to give good , and sufficient deed or deeds for the same. They shall have sole dis- cretionary authority in this regard. -4. I authorize and empower my executors to borrow money for any use deemed proper by them in connection with the administration of my estate. 5. Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Elizabeth M. Fought, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament. If she should predecease me, or for any other reason be unable to act as such executrix, I appoint my sons, Donald E. Fought and Robert A. Fought to be the executors in her place and stead.
