Decedent was domiciled at death in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with his last family or
principal residence at 29 Strawberry Court, South Middleton Township.
Decedent, then 85 years of age, died June 21, 2001, at Carlisle Regional Medical Center,
Borough of Carlisle.
Except as follows, decedent did not marry, was not divorced and did not have a child born or
adopted after execution of the will offered for probate; was not the victim of a killing and was never

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, G. ARTHUR HUNT, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills or Codicils by me made.
1.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all inheritance
taxes (whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property) shall be
paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and as part of the
administration of my estate. My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement
for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under
this Will.

Ifmy wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, shall survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give to her the
privilege of remaining in my residence at 29 Strawberry Court, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as well as the
use of any household furnishings which I may own or are contained therein for so long as she shall
desire, subject to her obligation to pay all real estate taxes associated therewith, to keep the premises
adequately insured against fire and other casualty losses and to provide liability insurance as well
as to provide reasonable repair and maintenance to such property. Upon her death or upon her
removal from the property as evidenced by her written declaration, then I give and devise the
property, in equal shares, to my sons, JAMES M. HUNT and DAVID L. HUNT. In the event my
residence shall have a remaining balance on the mortgage thereon at my death, I specifically direct
that my said wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, shall not be obligated for the payments associated therewith;
but, rather, my estate shall bear the responsibility of either discharging such mortgage by payment
thereof in full or continuing the payments thereon at the discretion of my Executor.
I further give to my said wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, the right and privilege of purchasing such
residence at its appraised value for inheritance tax purposes within one hundred twenty (120) days
of my death. Such option shall be exercised by written notice to my Executor. The grant of the

foregoing option shall not be construed to act in derogation of my said wife's right to remain in the
property until her death or removal therefrom upon the above terms and conditions.
3.
I give and bequeath the sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) to the COLLEGE OF
WOOSTER, Wooster, Ohio, to be used as the Board of Trustees may direct.
4.
I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) unto the FIRST
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be used for its charitable purposes.
5.
If my sister, BETTY H. OWEN, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, shall survive me by thirty (30)
days, I give to her the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). In the event she shall
predecease or fail to so survive me, this bequest shall be added to the residue of my estate.

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and
personal property, unto my sons, JAMES M. HUNT and DAVID L. HUNT, in equal shares,
absolutely.
7.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, JAMES M. HUNT, as Executor of my estate.
8.
I direct that my Executor shall not be required to file a bond to secure the faithful
performance of his duties in any jurisdiction.
9.
I authorize and empower my personal representative, in his sole and absolute discretion, to
purchase or otherwise acquire and retain any investments of which I die seized or any real or
personal property of any nature; to sell, lease, pledge, mortgage, transfer, exchange, dispose of or
grant options in regard to any or all property of any kind forming a part of my estate for such terms
and such prices as he may deem advisable; to borrow money for any purposes connected with the
protection and preservation of my estate; to mortgage or pledge any real or personal property forming

a part of my estate or to join in or secure the partition of same; to compromise any claims or
demands of my estate against others or of others against my estate; to make distribution in kind and
to cause any share to be composed of cash, property or undivided fractional shares in property
different in kind from any other share; to employ agents, attorneys and proxies and to delegate to
them such power as my personal representative considers desirable and to pay reasonable
compensation for such services as may be rendered by such agents, attorneys and proxies; and to
execute and deliver such instruments as may be necessary to carry out any of these powers.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, G. ARTHUR HUNT, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills or Codicils by me made.

I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all inheritance
taxes (whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property) shall be
paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and as part of the
administration of my estate. My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement
for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under
this Will.
2.
If my wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, shall survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give to her the
privilege of remaining in my residence at 29 Strawberry Court, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as well as the
use of any household furnishings which I may own or are contained therein for so long as she shall
desire, subject to her obligation to pay all real estate taxes associated therewith, to keep the premises
adequately insured against fire and other casualty losses and to provide liability insurance as well
as to provide reasonable repair and maintenance to such property. Upon her death or upon her
removal from the property as evidenced by her written declaration, then I give and devise the
property, in equal shares, to my sons, JAMES M. HUNT and DAVID L. HUNT. In the event my
residence shall have a remaining balance on the mortgage thereon at my death, I specifically direct
that my said wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, shall not be obligated for the payments associated therewith;
but, rather, my estate shall bear the responsibility of either discharging such mortgage by payment
thereof in full or continuing the payments thereon at the discretion of my Executor.
I further give to my said wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, the right and privilege of purchasing such
residence at its appraised value for inheritance tax purposes within one hundred twenty (120) days
of my death. Such option shall be exercised by written notice to my Executor. The grant of the

foregoing option shall not be construed to act in derogation of my said wife's right to remain in the
property until her death or removal therefrom upon the above terms and conditions.
3.
I give and bequeath the sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) to the COLLEGE OF
WOOSTER, Wooster, Ohio, to be used as the Board of Trustees may direct.
4.
I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) unto the FIRST
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be used for its charitable purposes.
5.
Ifmy sister, BETTY H. OWEN, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, shall survive me by thirty (30)
days, I give to her the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). In the event she shall
predecease or fail to so survive me, this bequest shall be added to the residue of my estate.
6.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and
personal property, unto my sons, JAMES M. HUNT and DAVID L. HUNT, in equal shares,
absolutely.
7.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, JAMES M. HUNT, as Executor of my estate.
8.
I direct that my Executor shall not be required to file a bond to secure the faithful
performance of his duties in any jurisdiction.
9.
I authorize and empower my personal representative, in his sole and absolute discretion, to
purchase or otherwise acquire and retain any investments of which I die seized or any real or
personal property of any nature; to sell, lease, pledge, mortgage, transfer, exchange, dispose of or
grant options in regard to any or all property of any kind forming a part of my estate for such terms
and such prices as he may deem advisable; to borrow money for any purposes connected with the
protection and preservation of my estate; to mortgage or pledge any real or personal property forming

a part of my estate or to join in or secure the partition of same; to compromise any claims or
demands of my estate against others or of others against my estate; to make distribution in kind and
to cause any share to be composed of cash, property or undivided fractional shares in property
different in kind from any other share; to employ agents, attorneys and proxies and to delegate to
them such power as my personal representative considers desirable and to pay reasonable
compensation for such services as may be rendered by such agents, attorneys and proxies; and to
execute and deliver such instruments as may be necessary to carry out any of these powers.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, G. ARTHUR HUNT, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills or Codicils by me made.
1.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all inheritance
taxes (whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property) shall be
paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and as part of the
administration of my estate. My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement
for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under
this Will.
2.
Ifmy wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, shall survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give to her the
privilege of remaining in my residence at 29 Strawberry Court, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as well as the
use of any household furnishings which I may own or are contained therein for so long as she shall
desire, subject to her obligation to pay all real estate taxes associated therewith, to keep the premises
adequately insured against fire and other casualty losses and to provide liability insurance as well
as to provide reasonable repair and maintenance to such property. Upon her death or upon her
removal from the property as evidenced by her written declaration, then I give and devise the
property, in equal shares, to my sons, JAMES M. HUNT and DA VID L. HUNT. In the event my
residence shall have a remaining balance on the mortgage thereon at my death, I specifically direct
that my said wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, shall not be obligated for the payments associated therewith;
but, rather, my estate shall bear the responsibility of either discharging such mortgage by payment
thereof in full or continuing the payments thereon at the discretion of my Executor.
I further give to my said wife, ELOISE W. HUNT, the right and privilege of purchasing such
residence at its appraised value for inheritance tax purposes within one hundred twenty (120) days
of my death. Such option shall be exercised by written notice to my Executor. The grant of the

I give and bequeath the sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) to the COLLEGE OF
WOOSTER, Wooster, Ohio, to be used as the Board of Trustees may direct.

I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) unto the FIRST
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be used for its charitable purposes.

If my sister, BETTY H. OWEN, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, shall survive me by thirty (30)
days, I give to her the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). In the event she shall
predecease or fail to so survive me, this bequest shall be added to the residue of my estate.
6.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and
personal property, unto my sons, JAMES M. HUNT and DAVID L. HUNT, in equal shares,
absolutely.
7.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, JAMES M. HUNT, as Executor of my estate.
8.
I direct that my Executor shall not be required to file a bond to secure the faithful
performance of his duties in any jurisdiction.

I authorize and empower my personal representative, in his sole and absolute discretion, to
purchase or otherwise acquire and retain any investments of which I die seized or any real or
personal property of any nature; to sell, lease, pledge, mortgage, transfer, exchange, dispose of or
grant options in regard to any or all property of any kind forming a part of my estate for such terms
and such prices as he may deem advisable; to borrow money for any purposes connected with the
protection and preservation of my estate; to mortgage or pledge any real or personal property forming

ALL THAT CERTAIN Unit in the property known, named and identified in
the Declaration referred to below as "Strawberry Court Condominium," located in
South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which has heretofore
been submitted to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Condominium Act,
68 Pa. C.S.A. Section 3101 et seq. by the recording in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cumberland County of a Declaration dated December 17, 1987, and
recorded on December 23, 1987, in Miscellaneous Book 344, Page 318, being and
designated in such Declaration as Unit No. 29, together and including the detached
garage, said Unit and detached garage being part of said Unit as more fully described
in said Declaration, together with a proportionate undivided interest in the Common
Elements (as defined in said Declaration) of 1.613 percent.
TOGETHER with all singular the streets, ways, water, watercourses, rights,
liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions, remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof; and all of the estate, right, title, interest, property claim and
demand whatsoever ofthe resident herein, in law, equity or otherwise howsoever, of,
in and to the same and every part thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said unit, to include the detached garage,
above described, and the Hereditaments and Premises hereby granted or mentioned

assigns, to and for the only proper use of the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns

BEING the same premises which John H. Billman and John Walter
Excavating, Inc., by their deed dated September 29, 1989, and recorded in
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Deed Book "E" Volume 34, Page 820, granted
and conveyed unto G. Arthur Hunt. The said G. Arthur Hunt having died June 21,
2001, Letters Testamentary were granted unto James M. Hunt by the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County.
The Recorder of Deeds in and for said County of Cumberland is directed to record this
Decree among the deeds in his official capacity and to index the same in the Grantor index against
the Estate of G. Arthur Hunt and in the Grantee index to James M. Hunt and David L. Hunt, in
accordance with the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciary Code of 1972, as amended,
Sections 3534-3536.
