STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Stephen P. Reisinger and Retta J. Reisinger, husband and wife, of
Millerstown, Perry County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a
contract, with D. Cully, Inc., tldla C & C Construction, of Shermans Dale, Perry County,
Pennsylvania for the construction of a two story frame dwelling house upon the lot of land
situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
NOW, this II f1--- day of May, 2005, at the time of and immediately b~fore the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Stephen
P. Reisinger and Retta J. Reisinger, husband and wife, to the said D, Cully, Inc., tibia C & C
Construction to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Stephen P. Reisinger and Retta 1.
Reisinger, husband and wife, and the further consideration of One Dollar, to D. Cully, Inc., tibia
C & C Construction paid by Stephen P. Reisinger and Retta J. Reisinger, husband and wife, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any suh-contractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any lahor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
