MORTON, residing at 411 East Main Street in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, being of a sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. ,....----.....-- -- -----.:-::----- _...... I. It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid as soon after my death as my executor deems advisable. II. I give, devise and bequeath to Linda C. Morton and Susan W. Morton, my grandchildren, all of my antiques, jewelry, clothing, dishes, house- hold furnishings, household appliances and my family heirlooms absolutely. In the event my said grandchildren cannot divide my said property equally between them then my executor shall divide same. III. I give; devise .andbequeath all the rest, residue and remainder .of my property, real, personal or mixed and wheresoever located and all property to which I may be entitled or over which I may have the power of disposition or appointment as follows: One-half to Donald M. Morton, absolutely. One-fourth to John A. Morton, Jr., my grandson One-fourth to James R. Morton, my grandson IV. I direct that the legacy or share of the real estate or personal estate falling to any minor children under the provisions of this Will shall be retained by Donald M. Morton, my Executor, in Trust, to apply such parts of the income and principal thereof, in the sole discretion of my Executor as may be necessary for the maintenance, education or vocational training of any minor children and any balance remaining in the hands of my Executor'shall' be paid to the said minor children upon their attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years. I direct that such payments for maintenance, education or vocational training shall be made without the intervention of a guardian and the f.:~.{-. '>5 " ~. . .- .. ...... ""'.
