I, CLAIR V. BAER, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsyl-

vania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and revoke ady

and all wills and codic ils previously made by me.

ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and fun era 1 expense~
shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable aftlr

my decease.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Executor of my estate.
ITEM VI: I direct my personal representative to employ Johd W.
Purcell, Esquire, as attorney for my estate. This provision is madj solely

at my request and without urging or suggestion by the said John W. phrcell.

ITEM VII: I direct that my personal representative shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of her duties in anxll
