, 1978, IT IS ORDERED that the real estate hereinafter described

be and the same is hereby awarded to Pearl A. Sewers Baer, her heirs and I
assigns. I
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate in Lewer Allen
Ta;nship, CUmberland Camty, Pennsylvania, more particularly bamded and
described according to survey of Emest J. Walker dated September 12,
1969, as f ollews:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Ccurtland Road (50 feet,
wide) which point is located 379.32 feet measured eastwardly along said
line of Crurtland Road fran the comer of Sussex Road, and which point is
on the line dividing Lots Nos. 77 and 78 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan'
of Lots; thence N 070 15' West 31. 76 feet to a point; thence N 130 45 T West
94.77 feet to a point in the srutherly line of Lot 90 on said Plan; thence I
N 660 07' East along said line of Lot 90 and beyond 91.45 feet to a point;
thence S 780 23' East along the srutherly line of Lot 92 on said Plan 10.06
feet to a point; thence S 030 54' 27" West 126.91 feet to a point; thence I
S 100 08' 33" West 29.08 feet to a point in the northerly line of Courtlanil
Road aforesaid; thence in a curve to the left having a radius of 180 feet'
along said line of Crurtland Road, an arc distance of 54 feet to a point;
the place of BEGINNING.
BEING parts of Lots Nos. 76 and 77 on Tract No.3, Plan of Lots of
Cumberland Park, which Plan is recorded in the Office for the Recoriling
of Deeds in and for Cumber land Ccunty, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 6, Page 3l

BEING the same premises which James A. Glessner and Judith M. Glessner,
his wife, by their deed dated April 29, 1971, and recorded in the Cumberland
Ccunty Recorder's Office in Deed Book "B", Volume 24, Page 339 granted and!
conveyed to Clair V. Baer. Sai,d Clair V. Baer died testate on December 251,
1977, and by his Last Will and Testament duly probated and recorded in the:
Cumberland Ccunty Register of Wills Office in Will Book , Page "

ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every name i
and nature and wheresoever situate to Pearl A. Sowers, of Camp Hill, Pennsyl-
vania, pr9Vided she shall survive me.

Clair V. Baer, deceased.
