FIDUCIARIES CODE FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
DECREE
AND NOW, this J~ day o~ ,2005, upon consideration of the annexed

petition, the balance in Citizens Bank account numbers 620012-454-3 and 6244-728608 and
owned by Lesley Ann Miserendino during her lifetime, and rightfully owing to the estate of
Lesley Ann Miserendino, deceased, is set apart, awarded, and shall be distributed to her parents,
Petitioners Robert T. Miserendino and Patricia K. Miserendino, under the provisions of Section
3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
AND the said Petitioners are hereby authorized to execute the necessary receipts
therefore on behalf of the estate and further distribute such assets of the Decedent as necessary.
