I, DONALD M. SCHLUSSER, presently residing at 99 Campground Road, Carlisle,
Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument
to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills or Codicils by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my hereinafter named Co-Executors to pay all of my just debts, funeral

expenses, administration expenses and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes, which I
owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be convenient after
my decease.
SECOND: In the event the real estate which I presently own situate at 99 Campground
Road, Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (consisting of thirty (30)
acres, more or less), has not been sold or transferred prior to my decease, said real estate shall
become part of my estate and be sold, with the proceeds thereof divided in equal shares among
my ten (10) named beloved beneficiaries as follows: my daughters, ARLENE GRAVER,
MADELLA KEESEMAN, SHIRLEY KEISER, BONNIE MILLER and DONNA Y ARLETT,
my sons, GEORGE SCHLUSSER, HOWARD SCHLUSSER, JOHN SCHLUSSER, and JERRY
SCHLUSSER, and my grandson, DALE SCHLUSSER, share and share alike.

THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed, shall
likewise be distributed in ten (10) equal shares among my above-named ten (10) beloved
beneficiaries, share and share alike.
FOURTH: In the event any of the above-named beneficiaries predecease me, then, in that
event, whatever share said beneficiary would have received shall be given to his or her child, or
divided equally, between or among his or her children, per stirpes.
In the event a named beneficiary predeceases me without leaving issue, then that share
which he or she would have otherwise received shall lapse and revert to my estate and be
disposed of in accordance with the provisions of my Will.
Any person who shall have died at the same time as I shall have, or in a common disaster
with me, or under such circumstances that the order of our deaths cannot be established by
proof, or within thirty (30) days of my death, shall be deemed to have predeceased me.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my two (2) beloved sons, GEORGE
SCHLUSSER and JERRY SCHLUSSER, to be the Co-Executors, of this my Last Will and
Testament, with full power, in their sole discretion to do any and all things necessary for the
complete, efficient and proper administration of my estate, with full power to sell at public or
private sale or sales and without Order of Court, any real and/or personal property belonging to
my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise settle or adjust any and all claims,
charges, debts and demands whatsoever against or in favor of my estate, as fully as I could if
living.

SIXTH: If either one of my aforementioned Co-Executors should predecease me, or, ifhe
for any other reason, is unwilling, unable or unavailable to act as Co-Executor, or continue to act
in said capacity and/or to complete the administration thereof, the administration of my estate
may commence and/or continue with the other named Co-Executor, as sole Executor, of this my
Last Will and Testament.
SEVENTH: In the settlement of my estate the Executor(s) shall possess, among other, the
following powers:
(A) To retain any investments I may have at my death, including
specifically those consisting of stock of any bank even if I
have named such bank as the Executor( s) herein, as long as the
Executor(s) may deem it advisable to my estate to do so.
(B) To vary investments, when deemed desirable by the Executor(s),
and to invest in such bonds, stocks, notes, real estate mortgages
or other securities or in such other property, real or personal, as
the Executor( s) shall deem wise, without being restricted to so-
called "legal investments", and without being limited by any
statue or rule of law regarding investments by fiduciaries.
(C) In order to effect a division of the principal of my estate or for
any other purpose, including any final distribution, the Executor( s)
is authorized to make said divisions or distributions of the
personalty and realty partly or wholly in kind, and to allocate
specific assets among beneficiaries hereunder so long as the
total market value of any share is not affected by such division,
distribution or allocation in kind. Should it appear desirable to
partition any real estate, the Executor(s) is authorized to make,
join in and consummate partitions of lands, voluntarily or
involuntarily, including giving of mutual deeds, recognizances
or other obligations, with as wide powers as an individual owner
in fee simple.

(D) To see either at public or private sale and upon such terms and
conditions as the Executor(s) may deem advantageous to the
estate, any or all real or personal estate or interest therein owned
by the estate severally or in conjunction with other persons or
acquired after my death by the Executor( s), and to consummate
said sale or sales by sufficient deeds or other instruments to the
purchaser or purchasers, conveying a fee simple title, free and
clear of all trust and without obligation or liability of the
purchaser or purchasers, conveying a fee simple title, free and
clear of all trust and without obligation or liability of the
purchaser or purchasers to see to the application of the purchase
money or to make inquiry into the validity of said sale or sales;
also, to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all
deeds, assignments, options or other writings which may be
necessary or desirable in carrying out any of the powers
conferred upon the Executor( s) in this paragraph or elsewhere
in my Will.
(E) To pay all costs, taxes, and expenses and charges in connection
with the administration of my estate.
(F) To make distributions of income and of principal to the proper
beneficiaries thereof, during the administration of my estate,
with or without Court order, in such manner and in such
amounts as my Executor( s) deems prudent and appropriate.
(G) To vote any shares of stock which form a part of the estate, and
otherwise to exercise all the powers incident to the ownership
of such stock.
(H) In the discretion of the Executor(s), to unite with other owners of
similar property in carrying out any plans for the reorganization
of any corporation or company whose securities form a part of
the estate.
(I) To do all other acts in the Executor(s)'s judgment deemed
necessary or desirable for the proper and advantageous
management, investment and distribution of the estate.

EIGHTH: I hereby waive any requirement which may have been otherwise imposed upon
the Co-Executors of this, my estate, to post a bond or enter other security in connection with the
administration of said estate, in this or any other jurisdiction, where permitted by law.
NINTH: I hereby authorize my Executor( s), in their absolute discretion, to compromise,
contest, settle, adjust and/or arbitrate all claims whether held by my estate against third persons
or whether held by third persons against my estate.
TENTH: I direct my Executor(s) to pay as an expense of administration, all federal estate
taxes that may be assessed against my estate and all state inheritance taxes that may be levied or
assessed against all legatees or devisees herein named.
EI..EVENTH: Should any of the provisions of this Will be for any reason be declared
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any of the other provisions of this Will and all invalid
provisions shall be wholly disregarded in interpreting this Last Will and Testament.
TWEI..FTH: This Last Will and Testament shall be construed, regulated and governed by,
and in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument
to be my LAST WILL AND TEST AMENT"hereby revoking any and aH Wills or Codicils by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my hereinafter named Co-Executors to pay all of my just debts, funeral
expenses, administration expenses and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes, which I
owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be convenient after
my decease.
SFCOND: In the event the real estate which I presently own situate at 99 Campground
Road, Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (consisting of thirty (30)
acres, more or less), has not been sold or transferred prior to my decease, said real estate shaH
become part of my estate and be sold, with the proceeds thereof divided in equal shares among
my ten (IO) named beloved beneficiaries as foHows: my daughters, ARLENE GRAVER,

likewise be distributed in ten (10) equal shares among my above-named ten (10) beloved
beneficiaries, share and share alike.
FOURTH: In the event any of the above-named beneficiaries predecease me, then, in that
e~ent, whatever share said beneficiary would have received shall be given to his or her child, or
divided equally, between or among his or her children, per stirpes.
In the event a named beneficiary predeceases me without leaving issue, then that share
which he or she would have otherwise received shall lapse and revert to my estate and be

Any person who shall have died at the same time as I shall have, or in a common disaster

SIXTH: If either one of my aforementioned Co-Executors should predecease me, or, if he
for any other reason, is unwilling, unable or unavailable to act as Co-Executor, or continue to act
in said capacity and/or to complete the administration thereof, the administration of my estate
may commence and/or continue with the other named Co-Executor, as sole Executor, ofthis my
Last Will and Testament.
SF.VF.NTH: In the settlement of my estate the Executor(s) shall possess, among other, the
following powers:
(A) To retain any investments I may have at my death, including
specifically those consisting of stock of any bank even if I
have named such bank as the Executor(s) herein, as long as the
Executor(s) may deem it advisable to my estate to do so.
(B) To vary investments, when deemed desirable by the Executor(s),
and to invest in such bonds, stocks, notes, real estate mortgages
or other securities or in such other property, real or personal, as
the Executor(s) shall deem wise, without being restricted to so-
called "legal investments", and without being limited by any
statue or rule oflaw regarding investments by fiduciaries.
(C) In order to effect a division of the principal of my estate or for
any other purpose, including any final distribution, the Executor(s)
is authorized to make said divisions or distributions of the
personalty and realty partly or wholly in kind, and to allocate
specific assets among beneficiaries hereunder so long as the
total market value of any share is not affected by such division,
distribution or allocation in kind. Should it appear desirable to
partition any real estate, the Executor(s) is authorized to make,
join in and consummate partitions oflands, voluntarily or
involuntarily, including giving of mutual deeds, recognizances

purchaser or purchasers, conveying a fee simple title, free and
clear of all trust and without obligation or liability of the
