I, HARRY F. McMULLAN, of East pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennylvania, declare this to be my Last Will
and revoke any and all wills previously made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
II.
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my
brother, Richard McMullan, of Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, provided he survives me by thirty (30)
days.
III.
Should my said brother, Richard McMullan, predecease me or
die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I
devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate to his wife, Cecilia
McMullan, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
IV.
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction
imposed shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.

V.
I appoint my brother, Richard McMullan, Executor of this,
my Last Will. Should my brother, Richard McMullan, fail to
qualify or cease to act as Executor, I appoint Dauphin Deposit
Trust Company, Executor of this, my Last Will.
VI.
I direct that my Executor or his successors shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of their
duties in any jurisdiction.
