MOTION TO WITHDRAW PETITION
FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
And now comes Genevieve Clouse by and through her attorneys,
Saidis & Guido, and moves the Court as follows:
1. That on January 31, 1978 a Petition for Appointment of
the Guardian was filed to the above captioned term and number.
2. That on January 31, 1978 your Honorable Court set March
15, 1978 Court Room No. 1 as the time and place for hearing for
set Petition.
3. That said hearing was continued.
4. That on or about January 3, 1979 the alleged incompetent
petitioned your Honorable Court for rule to show cause why the
petition for Appointment of a Guardian should not be dismissed
and for approval of settlement.
5. That on January 3, 1979 a rule was issued on Petitioner,
Genevieve Clouse, as above.
6. That on January 19, 1979 the alleged incompetent was
medically examined by petitioner, Genevieve Clouse's doctor.
7. That as a result of said examination Petitioner now desires
to withdraw the Petition for Appointment of Guardian.
WHEREFORE, Genevieve Clouse by and through her counsel,
Robert C. Saidis, Esquire, moves your Honorable Court to enter
an order withdrawing said Petition for Appointment of a Guardian.
