AND NOW, February 24, 1978, on consideration of the
annexed petition and the petition for the appointment of a
guardian heretofore filed, a rule is issued upon Robert Clouse
to show cause why he should not submit to a medical examination
to determine his competence, rule returnable 30 days after this
date.

MOTION FOR PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
AND NOW, this 21st day of February, 1978, GENIEVE CLOUSE
Moves the Court for leave to have a physical examination of
Robert Clouse pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. No. 4010, at Harrisburg
Hospital, Department of Neurology, South Front Street, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania on March 3, 1978 at 1 o'clock P.M.
The examination will be conducted by Doctor Richard M.
Somma.
The scope of the examination will include an examination and
an EEG to be conducted at the Carlisle Hospital, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania at least one week prior to the neurological exam-
ination by Doctor Somma.
The persons to be present at the examination include Robert
C. Saidis, Esquire.
