DAVIS, of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any will previously made by me. I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, in- cluding my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. II. If my sisters, RUTH E. STEPHENSON and JANET BACHMAN, are both living at my death, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my said sisters, share and share alike. III. If my sister, RUTH E. STEPHENSON, is living at my death and my sister, JANET BACHMAN, is not living at my death, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A. One-half (1/2) thereof to my sister, RUTH E. STEPHENSON. B. One-half (1/2) thereof to MARGARET E. KELLY, the child of JANET BACHMAN. IV. If my sister, JANET BACHMAN, is living at my death and my sister, RUTH E. STEPHENSON, is not living at my death, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate 69 " of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A.
