I, RICHARD LINE, of Fairfax County, Virginia, being of
sound and disposing mind, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all
other wills at any time heretofore made by me.
I. I give and bequeath unto my son, Richard V. Line,
all my guns, including accessories thereto and ammunition.
II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
both real and personal, of every kind and description and wherever
situate, and whether acquired before or after the execution of this
will, unto my wife, Lura Faye Line, to be hers absolutely and in
fee simple.
III. In the event my wife, Lura Faye Line, shall not
survive me, or in the event that she and I shall perish in a common
disaster under conditions wherein it may be difficult to ascertain
which one of us survived the other, or in the event that she shall
die within thirty days after my death, then I give, devise and
bequeath, per stirpes, all of my property, both real and personal,
of every kind and description and wherever situate, and whether
acquired before or after the execution of this will, unto my
three children, Richard V. Line, Lorraine Line, and Melanie Jane
Line, to be theirs absolutely.
IV. In order to accomplish a fair and equitable distri-
bution of the tangible personal property of my estate which is
bequeathed to my three children by the foregoing provision, I
direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall, as soon as
practicable after my death, arrange for a "family auction" to be
held on my entire tangible personal property. Only my said three
children (or if anyone or more be dead, their lineal descendants)
shall be entitled to participate in this sale. A licensed
auctioneer shall conduct the sale. Each item shall be sold to the
highest bidder. At the conclusion of the sale, a tally shall be

made, listing the items sold, their price and purchaser. The
inheritance of each shall be charged with the total amount owed as
a result of this sale. Should such amount exceed the inheritance
due such beneficiary, then such beneficiary shall be required to
remit such excess to my estate prior to any distribution thereof to
the beneficiaries hereunder. Any item of property for which no bid
is received shall be sold by my Executor to such person and for
such price and in such manner as to him in his best judgment shall
seem proper.
V. I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Lura
Faye Line, as Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In
-the event she shall be unable or unwilling to qualify, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint in her place and stead, my son,
Richard V. Line. I direct that my Executor shall not be required
to post bond in any jurisdiction, but in the event bond is re-
quired by said jurisdiction, then I direct that he not be required
to furnish any surety thereon.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal hereto in Fairfax County, Virginia, in the presence
of the undersigned witnesses, each of whom I have requested to
