I, RAYMOND W. RIFE, Sr., of the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby make, publish and declare the
following to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking any and all wills
and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: Payment of Debts: I order and direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses, including all taxes due by reason of my death, be
paid as soon as can be conveniently done after my decease.
SECOND: Bequest: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, RUTH
A. RIFE, all my furniture, clothing, jewelry, personal effects, household
furnishings, my automobile, and all other articles of personal use or
adornment and the policies of insurance thereof; provided, however, in the
event my said wife does not survive me, then the foregoing shall be divided
between my children in such manner as they may agree upon.
THIRD: Residuary Bequest: I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder o! my es~ate unto the Trustees, under an Agreement
dated the :J. 7 ~ day of~, A.D., 1971, wherein my wife and I
are Settlors, to be added to and become a part of the aforesaid Trust.
FOURTH: Appointment of Executor: I hereby nominate, constitute
and appoint my sons, EARL W. RIFE and RAYMOND W. RIFE, Jr., or the
survivor thereof, as Co-executors or Executor, as the case may be, of this.

FIFTH: Powers of Executors: My Executors or Executor, as the case
may be, are hereby authorized and empowered to sell at public or private sale
or sales all of the personal property of which I may die seized and to likewise
sell all real estate of which I may die seized, and to convey the same by fee
simple deed or deeds to the same effect that I could personally do if living.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, lhave hereunto set my hand and seal to this
