IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION NO. 21-78-51 DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE AND NOW, ~ ~ 1980, the First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution of Edward D. Baker, Jr., Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Edward D. Baker, Deceased, having been confirmed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division, on August 26, 1980, pursuant to Section 3534 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972, the entire interest of the decedent in the real estate hereinafter described is awarded to M.Jeannetta Baker, in accordance with Paragraph Third of the Last Will and Testament, which is dUly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Will Book 78, Page 82: ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the Borough of Carlisle, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, with the improvements, known as No. 21 Spring Garden Street, bounded and described as follows, to wit: On the North by property of James A. Bair; on the East by the Gettysburg and Harrisburg Railroad Company; on the South by property of Philip H. Kiehl; and on the West by Spring Garden Street, having a frontage of twenty (20) feet on said Spring Garden Street and extending in depth one hundred and twelve (112) feet, be the same, more or less. Baker and Anna Baker, his wife, by their deed dated October 14, 1937, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "Q", Volume 21, Page 735, granted and conveyed unto M.
