I, AGNES B. LESHER, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, do make and
publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all
former wills heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay all my just
debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as conveniently
ay be done after my death.
2. I give, devise and bequeath my cottage at Laurel Lake and
the furniture, etc., therein to my son, Jack L. Lesher, subject to a
charge of $500.00 in favor of each of Dorothy L. Seiler, Donald T.
Lesher and Mary Ann Lesher, payable, without interest, within six
(6) months after my death.
3. I give and bequeath my automobile to Dorothy L. Seiler. If.
I own no automobile at my death, I give and bequeath Dorothy L.
Seiler the sum of $500.00.
4. I give, devise and bequeath the stock, equipment and account
eceivable of my store business and all the furniture, household
equipment and similar articles in the living quarters at 165 East
Pomfret Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to Dorothy L. Seiler, she to
any outstanding accounts payable.
5. I give, devise and bequeath the real estate at 165 East
omfret Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to my daughter, Dorothy L.
eiler. However, should Dorothy L. Seiler desire, in her lifetime,
o sell said business, furniture, etc., and realty, my son Jack L.
esher shall have the first option of purchasing the same, subject to
he payment, within two years of his exercise of the option, of the
of $5,000.00 to each of Dorothy L. Seiler and Donald L. Lesher,
sums shall be a charge on the realty. Dorothy's desire to sell
be evidenced by a writing so indicating delivered to Jack, and
ack's exercise of this option must be exercised within 30 days of
eceipt of said writing by delivery of his acceptance in writing to
orothy, and transfer of title, etc., shall take place within 30 days
thereafter. If Jack does not exercise this option, Dorothy may sell
to any third person and in such case, one-third (1/3rdl of the net
urchase price shall be paid by her to Donald and one-third (1/3rd)

to Jack and said sums shall be paid at the time of settlement.
Said charges shall not bear interest unless not paid within the
two year period fixed above, and if not so paid, shall bear interest
at the rate of 7% annually, from time of default.
If Dorothy has not sold said business, etc., at her death, said
business, furniture, etc., and realty shall be sold by my executors
and the net proceeds divided equally among W. Kenneth Seiler, Donald
T. Lesher and Jack L. Lesher.
6. Any bonds in my safety deposit I give and bequeath to the
child whose name appears on said bond.
7. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, after
payment of the inheritance taxes, which are to be paid by my
executors from my estate, including the inheritance tax on the entire
fee simple interest in the house and lot of ground, I give and
bequeath equally to Jack L. Lesher, Dorothy L. Seiler and Donald T.
Lesher.
8. I nominate and appoint Donald T. Lesher, Jack L. Lesher and
Dorothy L. Seiler to be the executors of this my last will and
testament, without bond, and direct that they shall employ Irwin,
Irwin & Irwin as attorneys in settling my estate.

CODICIL
TO THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
AGNES B. LESHER
I, AGNES B. LESHER, of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, having made my Last Will and Testament, dated
May 31st, 1972, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a
Codicil to my said Last Will and Testament.
FIRST: Item 2 in said will is hereby changed to read as
follows:
I give, devise and bequeath my cottage at Laurel Lake
and the furniture, etc., therein to my son, Jack L. Lesher, subject
to a charge of $2,500.00 in favor of each of Dorothy L. Seiler
and Donald T. Lesher, payable, without interest, within six (6)
months after my death. Jack L. Lesher shall have 60 days after
my death, to accept or reject this devise by a signed writing,
delivered within said 60 days, to my attorneys, Irwin, Irwin & Irwin.
If my son rejects this devise, said cottage, etc. shall be sold by
my executors and the net proceeds shall be divided, share and share
alike, among Dorothy L. Seiler, Donald T. Lesher and Jack L. Lesher.
SECOND: I hereby ratify and confirm the other provisions of
my said Last Will and Testament.
