I give and bequeath the sum of Twenty-five Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars unto The First Bank and Trust Company, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., in trust, nevertheless, to use the income therefrom to place artificial flowers upon my cemetery lot in the Mechanicsburg Cemetery on Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas of each year, and to use such amounts of interest and principal, in its discretion, for the main- tenance of -the monument-s-and-markers located thereon~- 3. I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars unto each of my grandchildren, Cheryl Lynn Hutter, Karen Louise Hutter and Marcia Rae Hutter. 4. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars unto each of the following. a. Trinity Lutheran Church, Mechanicsburg, Pa. b. D. W. Seidle Memorial Hospital, Mechanicsburg, Pa. c. Mechanicsburg Area Public Library. 5. . 'Should' my estate- rre insufricient-cto' 's'atisfy a-ll of -the herein- before bequests, I direct that the bequest to The First Bank and Trust Company as Trustee shall be paid in full, then the bequests to my grand- children shall be paid in full, and any balance remaining shall be dis- tributed equally, share and share alike, to the charitable legatees above named. 100 , , 6. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, Ray E. Hutter, Jr., provided he survives me by six (6) months. Should my said son predecease me, or die within six (6) months following the day and date of my death, then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate unto ( my grandchildren, equally, share and share alike. Should all of my grandchildren likewise die within six (6) months following the day and date of my'death, then and in.that~event, -I-.give;"devise-and-bequeath all of my said estate unto Trinity Lutheran Church" of Mechanicsburg, Pa., D. W. Seidle Memorial Hospital, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Mechanicsburg Area Public Library, equally, share and share alike. 7. I appoint The First Bank and Trust Company, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., guardian of any property which passes, either under this Will or other- wise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a , guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's education (including post high school education), support and welfare witnout regard' t-o-his-croner parents '-ability to p-rovide for such education, support or welfare, or to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor. 8. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Ray E. Hutter, Jr., executor of this my last Will and Testament. Should my said son pre- decease me, then and in that event, I hereby nominate, constitute and, appoint The First Bank and Trust Company, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., executor of this my last Will.
