County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon as possible after my decease. SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Jane E. Graffam, providing she shall survive my death by sixty (60) days. THIRD: Should my wife, Jane E. Graffam, predecease me or fail to survive my death by sixty (60) days, then I give, de- vise and bequeath said residue and remainder of my estate as follows: (a) One~fifth (1/5) thereof, I glve and bequeath to my daughter, Charlotte Anne Walker, presently residing in Centerville, Virginia. (b) One.fifth (1/5) thereof, I give and bequeath to my daughter, Alice Elizabeth LaNeve, presently residing in Easton, Maryland. (c) One-fifth (1/5) thereof, I give and bequeath to my step-daughter, Rosemary Cunningham, presently residing in New York City, New York. (d) One-fifth (1/5) thereof, I give and bequeath to. my step-daughter, Caroline Therese Cunningham, presently resid- ing in New York City, New York. (e) One-fifth (l/5) thereof, I give and'bequeath to my step-daughter, Angela Noel Weiser, presently residing in Mechanicsburg; Pennsylvania. 105 o , , ,- . ~.' FOURTH i Hy personal repres en ta ti ve shall have the follow- ing powers in addition to those vested in her by law and by other provisions of my will, applicable to all property, whether principal or income; exercisable without court approval and effective until actual distribution of all property: (a) To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, whether real or personal, without regard to any principle of diversification, risk or productivity. (b) To sell at public or private sale any real or personal property for such prices and upon such terms or con- ditions as she deems proper. (c) To compromise any claim or controversy. (d) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted ln insurance policies or in other investments. FIFTH: I appoint my wife, Jane E. Graffam, the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. Should she fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, then I appoint the First Bank and Trust Company, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsyvlania, Executor in her stead.
