Robertson are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with of Custer Homes, Inc, of2805 Old Post Road, Suite 200, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17110, for the erection ofa duplex unit upon a lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being designated as Unit No, 2, Grandon Farms. See Exhibit "A", NOW, /YJ #j \/ / d /1 ,2005, at the time of and immediately before execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said James C. Robertson and Grace A. Robertson to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Custer Homes, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to Custer Homes, Inc, paid by James C. Robertson and Grace A, Robertson it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub- contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchases, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to tile such liens being expressly waived.
