" LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, HELEN ALlENE COHICK, of the Township of Lower Allen, , county of Cumberland and Commonwealth of pennsylvania, being of sound and ~isposing mind, memory and understanding .,.do make, publish and declare this as and 'for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor or Executrix, as the case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, 'uhto'-myhusband, JOSEPH SCOTT COHICK, . absolutely and in fee simple, if he survives me by as many as -.~ sixty (60) days. THIRD. If my husband, JOSEPH SCOTT COHICK, should not survive me by as many as sixty (60) days, then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoeve situated, unto my.daughter, FREDDA COHICK ZEITER, absolutely and in fee simple. Should any person entitled to a share of my estate not have attained the age of twenty-two (22) years at the time for distribution to him or her, I give, devise and bequeath the share of each such beneficiary unto THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as my testamentary trustee, IN SEPARATE TRUSTS, NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the share or shares so received, and the accumulation of income thereon, and to use and apply from time to time such portions of income and principal as the said Trustee in the soLe exercise of its discretion .shall deem proper for such beneficiary's support, maintenance and education with due regard to such beneficiary's ability to provide such support, maintenance and education. Any balance of principal or income not SO used, distributed or~applied by said Trustee shall be distributed unto such beneficiary at such time as he or she sttains the age of twenty-two (22) years, absolutely. LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, JOSEPH SCOTT COHICK, to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, but if for any reason he should fail to qualify as such Executor or cease so to. serve, then and in that event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, FREDDA COHICK ZEITER, to be the Executrix .hereof, each to serve without bond.
