LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, AARON L. RUNK, of the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former wills and codicils by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST.
I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executors or Executor, as the case may be,
hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
SECOND. I order and direct that all taxes that may be assessed
in consequence of my death, of whatsoever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as
a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
JHIRD.
I order and direct my Executor, hereinafter named,
to convert into cash as soon as practicable, all the rest, residue
and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever
and wheresoever situated, and the cash fund so created shall be
distributed and disposed of in accordance with the following
requests:
A. I give and bequeath four per centum (~%) of
my said residuary estate unto my friend, namely,
PAUL GILROY, absolutely.
B. I give and bequeath five per centum (5%) of
my said residuary estate unto my late wife's sister,
namely, SHIRLEY LINDLEY, absolutely.
C. I give and bequeath eleven per centum (11%)
of my said residuary estate unto my nephew, namely,

PAUL SPRINGER, absolutely.
D. I give and bequeath six per centum (6%) of
my said residuary estate unto my niece, namely, CECELIA
SPRINGER ZIMMERMAN, absolutely.
E. I give and bequeath three per centum (3%) of my
said residuary estate unto DORIS IRELAND (former wife of
Harold E. Ireland), absolutely.
F. I give and bequeath two per centum (2%) of
my said residuary estate unto my friend, namely, WILLIAM
R. HOLLINGER, absolutely.
G. I give and bequeath three per centum (3%) of
my said residuary estate unto my friend, namely, RICHARD

H. I give and bequeath three per centum (3%) of
my said residuary estate unto my late wife's sister,
namely, PATRICIA IRELAND, absolutely.
I. I give and bequeath three per centum (3%) of

namely, WILLIAM IRELAND, absolutely.
J. I give and bequeath seven per centum (7%) of
my said residuary estate unto HAROLD LEE IRELAND, he
being the son of my late wife's brother, Harold E.
Ireland, absolutely.
K. I give and bequeath three per centum (3%) of
my said residuary estate unto my friend, FREDERICK J.
BITTNER, absolutely.
L. I give and bequeath twelve per centum (12%)
of my said residuary estate unto my friend, namely,
HARRY M. KLINE, absolutely.
M. I give and bequeath thirty per centum (30%)

of my said residuary estate unto my friend, namely,
JERRY JACKSON, absolutely.
N. I give and bequeath three per centum (3%)
of my said residuary estate unto my late wife's brother,
namely, MREVIN IRELAND, absolutely.
O. I give and bequeath five per centum (5%) of
my said residuary estate unto my niece, namely, CHARLOTTE
R. SHOWERS, absolutely.
If any of the above named residuary beneficiaries
should predecease me, I order and direct that the bequest,
share or residuary interest to any such deceased beneficiary
shall lapse and be void and the subject matter of said bequest,
share or interest shall be used to increase the share of all
living residuary beneficiaries in direct proportion to their
respective interests in said residuary disposition as more
fully set forth hereinabove.
FOURTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint HARRY M. KLINE, to be
the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, on the express
condition that he be compensated On the basis of a three per centum
(3%) commission in view of the substantial residuary bequest in
Item Third hereinabove, to serve without bond, but if the said
HARRY M. KLINE should fail to qualify as such Executor or cease so
to serve, then and in that event, I nominate, constitute and appoint
DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
to be the Executor hereof.
LASTLY. It is my express desire and direction that my Executor
named hereinabove shall consult with and employ Richard C. Snelbaker,
Esquire, as legal counsel in the settlement of my estate, he having
an intimate knowledge of my affairs and of my views and intentions in
many matters that may arise in the settlement of my estate.
