Dear Mr. Hollinger:
This is to advise that a check in the amount of $17.50
has been deposited with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court in
the Register of Wills Office at the Cumberland County Court
House in the amount of $17.50 in payment for your alleged
claim filed with the Register of Wills. You may obtain the
check by presenting yourself in person at the Register's
office and upon withdrawal of the exceptions now that the
claim has been settled in full.
Incidentally, we attempted to reach you by telephone
at 697-2489 on numerous occasions beginning on Friday, August
24, 1979, through the weekend and as late as throughout the
day on August 28, 1979. At no time did we receive an answer
even though the phone number was given as a means of contacting
you in your alleged claim dated August 22, 1979.-
