Ocker, a resident of the Township of Southampton, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made. FIRST: I hereby direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as may conveniently be done after my decease. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, be it real, personal or mixed to my wife, Lucille M. Ocker, for her own proper use and behoof forever. THIRD: In the event my wife predeceases me or we perish in a common disaster, then I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, be it real, personal or mixed to W. H. McCrea, Jr. IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS for my children and direct my Trustee to pay the income for the care, maintenance, support and education of my children. When each one attains the age of Twenty-one (21), I direct my Trustee to pay to him or her, his or her equal share of the principal of my estate and any income that may have accumulated and become part of the residue of my estate. If in the judgment of my Trustee, he deems it necessary to consume any of the principal for the care, maintenance, support and education of my children, he has the authority to do so. FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitue and appoint my wife, Lucille M. If my wife should be unable to serve as executrix of my estate for any reason whatsoever, then I name, constitute and appoint W. H. McCrea, Jr. to be the substitute executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
