IN THE ESTATE OF FREDERICK^DE1~IN LATE OF THE BOROUGH OF CAl~ HILL, DECEASED DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE AND NOW, WUfi"A9"I--;2..5"', 1978, the First and Final Account and StatementtSf Proposed Distribution of Edith Demain, Executrix of the Will of Frederick R. Demain, the decedent above named, having been filed, advertised and confirmed by the Court on August 22 , 1978; IT IS ORDERED M,D DECREED that the real estate of the said decedent distributed in kind in said Statement of Proposed Distri- bution, to wit: NO.1. The undivided one-half interest of the decedent in all that certain lot of land in the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the western line of South 17th Street on the southern line of Lot No. 15 as shown on a Plan of Lots of Jacob L. Heyd as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book No.1, Page 65 thence in southerly direction along the western line of said street 50 feet to a point in the center of Lot No. 18 as shown on said plan; thence in a westerly direction through the center of said Lot No. 18, 143 feet to a twenty feet wide alley; thence in a northerly direction along the eastern line of said alley 50 feet to said Lot No. 15; thence in an easterly direction along the southern line of said Lot No. 15, 142 feet to South 17th Street at the point of Beginning. BEING Lots Nos. 16 and 17 and the northern 10 feet of said Lot No. 18 as shown on said plan. HAVING thereon erected a 2-1/2 story frame dwelling and being known as No. 14 South 17th Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. NO.2. The undivided one-half interest of the decedent in All that certain lot of land in the Borough of Cronp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particulary bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING on the western line of South 17th Street on the northern line of Lot No. 21 as shown on a Plan of Lots of Jacob L. Heyd as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book No.1, Page 65; BOCK 105 F\I:, t4 . . thence in a northerly direction along the western line of said street 50 feet to a point in the center of Lot No. 18 as shown on said plan; thence in a westerly direction through the center of said Lot No. 18, 142 feet to a twenty feet wide alley; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern line of said alley 50 feet to said Lot No. 21; thence in an easterly direction along the northern line of said Lot No. 21, 142 feet to South 17th Street at the point of Beginning. BEING Lots Nos. 19 and 20 and the southern 10 feet of said Lot No. 18 as shown on said plan. Said lot being unimproved; is hereby awarded to Edith Demain.
