* These four distributions are for minor children of the late Douglass
Baughman (grandchildren of the late Claude B. Baughman). In view of the
amount of these shares, it is proposed that they be paid unto Esther
Baughman, mother of these four minor children, who has the care and
custody of the said children, with instructions that the monies be placed
in four separate interest bearing accounts, and no withdrawals to be made
from each child's account until that child attains the age of eighteen
years, in accordance with the Pa. Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code

Distribution is made pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of
Owen W. Baughman, Deceased, and providing for distribution of shares
to decedent's legatees in accordance with the Pennsylvania Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
