D. 2, Mechanicsburg), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and under-standing, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so. 2. I direct my hereinafter named Executor to sell at public or private sale or sales and for such price or prices as to him may seem best, all real estate of which I may die seized and the proceeds derived therefrom together with the proceeds of the conversion into cash of all other property including personal property which I may own at the time of my death I direct shall be divided into ,/j,( ..;"-,, t..<.' ',"> (." H five (5) equal parts, one part of which I give and bequeath unto my son,-C-lauH" ~. . Baughman; one part of which I give and bequeath unto my son, Paul W. Baughman; one part of which I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Elizabeth Pechart; one part of which I give and bequeath unto my son, John W. Baughman; and one part of which I give and bequeath unto my son, Clair W. Baughman. 3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said son, Paul W.
