WHEREAS, EMIUANA V, SHOKES, VICENTE R. VERGARA AND ANNA
R, VERGARA of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is about to execute conternporaneously
herewith, a contract, with BOBBY' SHOKES, JR., of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for the
erection of a RESIDENTIAL HOME building upon a lot of land situate
ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'A'
Now, , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the
said CONTRACTOR to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with OWNER and the further
consideration of one Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by OWNER it is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Brentwater Road leading to the Turnpike, at the centerline of Farm
Lane, said point being identified by the Letter C as shown the Plan of Brentwater recorded in the Recorder's
Office of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 5, Page 40; thence along the centerline of said Farm
Lane, South 74 degrees 30 minutes West, 250 feet to the eastern line of Lot No.2 as shown on said Plan, which
line is the centerline of a 33 feet wide right of way known as Meadow Lane leading northwardly from Farm Lane
as shown on said Plan and being identified between the letters M and N as shown on said Plan; thence along
the eastern line of Lots Nos. 2 and 4 along the centerline of said Meadow Lane as shown on said Plan, North 15
degrees 30 minutes West, 211.5 feet to the southern line of Lot No.5 as shown on said Plan; thence along said
line, North 74 degrees 30 minutes East, 250 feet to the centerline of aforesaid Brentwater Road; and thence
along the centerline of said Brentwater Road, South 15 degrees 30 minutes East, 211.5 feet to the place of
BEGINNING.
SAID tract of land is hereby subject to all restrictions, easements, rights of way of record.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED dwelling known and numbered 900 Brentwater Road, Camp Hill, PA.
BEING Lots Nos, 1 and 3 as shown on the Plan of Brentwater as recorded in Plan Book 5, Page 40.
