SOBER, of the Borough of Lemoyne, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as may be convenient to my Executrix hereinafter named. 2. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real and personal unto my beloved wife, Eunice L. Sober, if she survive me. 3. If my wife does not survive me I direct that my Executors shall convert my real estate into cash making public or private sale of the same as they shall deem advantageous; and I give and bequeath all of my personal property and the proceeds of the sale of my real estate in equal shares unto my children, Kathlene E. McDonel, Wilford C. Sober, Dorothy L. Roller and Nelson A. Sober, the issue of any deceased child to take the share of the parent. 4. I nominate and appoint as Execubix of this my will my wife, Eunice L. Sober, if she survive me. 5. If my wife does not survive me or if she is not able to administer my estate I appoint as Executors of this my will my sons, Wilford C. Sober and Nelson A. Sober.
