The Petition of Samuel S. Long, presented by his attorney, J ahn K.
1.
Your Petitioner is the widower of Anna M. Long, who died August 27,
1977, a resident of Cumberland County.
2. Decedent and Petitioner were married on August 6, 1964, and the
Petitioner was a member of the Decedent's household at the time of her death.
3. Decedent died intestate and the assets in the individual name of the
Decedent were less than Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars.
4. No Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration have been issued
nor is it intended that any shall be iSsued.
5. Petitioner claims the following personal property of Decedent as a
portion of his Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars exemption under Section 3121 of
the Probate Estate and Fiduciaries Code, to wit:
A. Thirty-four (34) shares Dauphin
Deposit Trust Company @ 30 1/2:
$1,037.00
B. Savings Account, First Federal
Savings & Loan Association
327.87
$1,364.87
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that said property be set apart and awarded
to him as aforesaid.
