Your Petitioner, Helen Z. Wright, is an adult individual

Your Petitioner is the widow of the above named decedent.

The decedent, J. William Wright, died on May 11, 1977 at

at the age of
67
years, a legal resident of 100 Poplar
Avenue, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. At the time of the decedent's death, your petitioner and the
decedent lived together as husband and wife at 100 Poplar Avenue, New Cumber-
land, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. The decedent died leaving a will dated October 25, 1976,
by which he devised and bequeathed all of his estate to your petitioner.
The will has never been probated but the original is attached to this petition.

6. The decedent had no probate estate other than five shares of
common stock of Anaconda Company. A copy of the stock certificate numbered
#N0467487 is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The total value of the five shares
of stock, as of the date of the decedent's death was $175.94.

7. The next of kin of the decedent and their relationship to him
are as follows:

8. There are no creditors of the decedent and there are no unpaid
claims against the estate.
9. The estate has been appraised as insolvent for purposes of the
Pennsylvania inheritance tax by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
10. There are no unpaid inheritance, estate or death taxes of any
kind.
11. The joinder and consent of the decedent's daughter, Gretchen W.
Gantzer is attached to this petition.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that an order be made authorizing
the distribution of the five shares of stock in The Anaconda Company, to your
petitioner, pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code.

I, J, WILLIAM WRIGHT, of the Borough of New Cumber-
land, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously
made by me,
of every nature and wherever situate, to my wife, HELEN Z. WRIGHT,
I devise and bequeath all of my estate,
if she survives me by thirty days.
Should my wife, HELEN Z. WRIGHT, pre-
decease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my
death, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every nature
and wherever situate, to my daughter, GRETCHEN H. GANTZER, if she
survives me by thirty days, Should both my said wife and my said
daughter predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day follo -
ing my death, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, to the issue of my daughter, GRETCHEN
H. GANTZER, per stirpes, living on the thirty-first day following
my death.
GANTZER, Guardian of any property which passes either under this
