Finkey, Administratrix of the Estate of James C. Thrush, Late of Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, respectfully represents as follows: 1. That Decedent, James C. Thrush, resided at R. D. #1, Newburg, Hopewell Township, Cumberland Ccunty, Pennsylvania, and died on January 1, 1978. 2. That Petitioner, Martha E. Finkey, resides at R. D. #1, Newburg, Hopewe 11 Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and was the sister of the Decedent. 3. That on February 17, 1978, your Petitioner was appointed Administra- trix of the above-captioned Estate, Decedent having left no last will and testament. 4. That Decedent was married on September 15, 1968, to Linda K. Flora, said marriage having been terminated by divorce, initiated by Decedent, on July 6, 1976, in Clunberland County, said final decree being docketed at No. 375 Civil 1976. 5. That Decedent left the following named minor children who resided with Decedent at the date of his death and are entitled to share in his estate: Name Re lationship Date of Birth Interest Jeffery Scott Thrush Son May 10, 1969 50% Rebecca Marie Thrush Daughter September 19, 1971 50% 6. That Petitioner was awarded the care, custody and control of the above-named children by your Honorable Court by Order dated March 7, 1978, which Order is docketed at No. 846 Civil 1978, a copy of which is marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein. 7. That Petitioner does not receive support for said minor children from Linda K. Thrush, the mother of the above-named minor children. 8. That the above-named minor children are entitled to the family V/3 ~:',;n": 1 05 F'.',i"~ . '.' exemption by virtue of being the surviving children of the Decedent, who died domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 9. That an Inheritance Tax Return for Insolvent Estates has been filed with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County and that no Pennsylvania transfer inheritance tax has been assessed. A copy of said return is marked Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein. 10. That the property of the Decedent consisted entirely of that property listed in the Inheritance Tax Return for Insolvent Estates, said property having a total estate value of $2,427.98. (See attached Exhibit "B"). 11. That the total debts and deductions of Decedent's Estate are listed in the Inheritance Tax Return for Insolvent Estates, said debts and deductions totaling $3,622.47. (See attached Exhibit "B"). 12. That Petitioner has no notice or knowledge of any further unpaid claims against the Estate of James C. Thrush. 13. That the following assets of Decedent have not been converted to cash: (a) 1974 Mercury Sedan (Comet), Vehicle Identification No. 4K3lF574086 (b) 1955 Ford, Vehicle Identification No. U5NW1265l4 (c) 1975 Suzuki Motorcycle, Vehicle Identification No. T50080356 (d) PPG Industries, Inc., Stock Certificate No. P03l9040, 4 shares (e) PPG Industries, Inc., Stock Certificate No. P0374230, 17 shares (f) PPG Industries, Inc., Stock Certificate No. P0354450, 2 shares 14. That Petitioner requests authorization to sell and liquidate those items listed in Paragraph 13 of this Petition and to incorporate the proceeds therefrom in the Estate for distribution. 15. That Petitioner requests authorization to evenly divide the distributable estate between the surviving minor children of Decedent, to wit: Jeffery Scott Thrush and Rebecca Marie Thrush. 16. That Petitioner would deposit the funds of the above-named minor children in separate interest-bearing accounts in The Peoples National Bank of Shippensburg, which banking institution has its principal office in Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 17.
