BURNS of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testa- ment, hereby revoking all other wills and codicils thereto heretofore made by me. FIRST I direct the payment of my debts and expenses of my last illness and funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. If there be no cemetery lot available for my interment, owned by me at the time of my death, I authorize my personal representative to purchase such cemetery lot with a contract for perpetual care, using funds from my estate, in such amount as he shall consider 't ~ sentative to cause title to or ownership of such lot so pur- necessary and desirable, and I authorize my personal repre- 'i ')=\ ("y" '0 chased to be vested in such person or persons as he shall designate. H. Burns and the Estate of Lulu B. Hilt, unto such of my children, Betty A. Watson, Robert R. Burns, Harry D. Burns and Jimmey Ray Koontz, as shall survive me by thirty (30) days, to be divided in as nearly equal shares as is possible. In the event that any child or children fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, I then direct that his or her share be divided equally by those children who survive me by thirty (30) days. THIRD I give, devise and bequeath my interest in a cer- tain savings account held in the names of Lulu B. Hilt, Bruce R. Burns and Harry H. Burns, at the First National Bank, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania unto such of my children as shall survive me by thirty (30) days, in as nearly equal shares as is practical. FOURTH I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, unto such of my children as shall survive me by thirty (30) days, r then direct that his share be divided equally by those children who shall survive me by thirty (30) days. FIFTH r direct that any and all Inheritance, Estate or Transfer Taxes imposed upon my estate, whether passing under -2- 21'7 " t. ~ my will or otherwise, be paid out of the principal of my residuary estate. SIXTH I nominate, constitute and appoint Betty A. Watson and Harry D. Burns, or the survivor, executors of this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby relieve my executors from the necessity of posting security in connection with their duties as such in any jurisdiction in which they may be called upon to act as such, insofar as I am able by law to do so.
