Clippinper, a life estate in all my properties as lonp as she lives and she is to receive all income derived from the same as long as she keeps the taxes paid and makes the necessary repairs on the properties. Upon the death of mv wife, Sarah Clippinger, said properties are to be sold, the proceeds there- from to become part of the residue of mv estate. ~OURTEENTH: I pive, devise and bequeath to the Prince Street United Brethren Church in Shippensburp the full sum of ~ive Hundred ($500.00) Dollars. FIFTEENTH: I give, devise and bequeath to the Alliance Church of Shippensburg the full sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars. SIXTEENTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be it real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to David Willard, Janet Willard, Gary Paxton, Esther Wenger, Velva Hippensteel, John Clippinper, Jr. and Donald Clippinper, equally, share and share alike. SEVENTEENTH: In the event there is not sufficient money to pay the lepacies herein set forth, then payment is to be postponed until the death of mv wife, the same to be paid out of the residue of my estate.
