NOTICE OF ELECTION
To: NORMAN MICHAEL AND ROY DICE, Executors of THE LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM B. CLIPPINGER:
TO: REGISTER OF WILLS AND CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT OF CUMBERLAND
COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA:
TO: LEGATEES, DEVISEES AND CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE ESTATE:
YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that I, Sarah Clippinger, wife and surviving
spouse of the said William B. Clippinger, Deceased do hereby elect
to take against the will of the said decedent, dated January 23, 1974,
and against all conveyances inter vivos made by the decedent which
may be treated by me as testamentary dispositions so far as I am
concerned. Under section 6111 (a) of the Decedents, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code, Act of June 30, 1972, P.L. 508, No. 164, 20 P.S. 101
et seq., as amended, and in lieu thereof to take and receive the
share of the decedent's estate to which I am entitled by my election,
as provided in Section 2508 of the Decedent's Estates and Fiduciaries
Code, supra., and request that you record and file this Notice in
accordance with the Act of Assembly in such case made and provided.
