AND NOW, this '2. g~y of March, 1978, upon hearing the testimony of Dr.
Chester Thomas concerning the inability of John T. Greek to attend this hearing
and, further, concerning Dr. Chester Thomas' testimony concerning the inability
of John T. Greek to manage his property or to be liable to dissipate it or to
become the victim of designing persons; further, upon finding that the proper
service of the Petition for Appointment of Guardian and Citation was made upon
John T. Greek; and, further, it appearing that the living relatives of John T.
Greek have been notified of this hearing; and, further, it appearing that the
Petitioner, Dorothy M. Stees, has testified that John T. Greek is in need of an
appointment of a guardian; and it further appearing that CCNB BANK, N.A. is
willing to serve as guardian of the Estate of John T. Greek and CCNB BANK, N .A.
having no adverse interest to the alleged incompetent.
The Court finds that John T. Greek is unable to manage his property or is
liable to dissipate it or become the victim of designing persons or lacks suf-
ficient capacity to make or communicate responsible decisions concerning his
person.
It is hereby ordered and directed that CCNB BANK, N.A. be appointed
guardian of the Estate of John T. Greek.
