Greek, widower, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex- penses be paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon as possible after my decease. SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, except as hereinafter provided, I direct shall be converted into cash and distribution of same be made as follows: (a) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars to my neighbor, Raymond A. Hinke, who presently resides at 3419 Green Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. (b) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars to my nephew, Randal Davey. (c) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars to my nephew, William P. Kephart, Jr. (d) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars to my niece, Rosemary Cunningham. (e) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars to my niece, Caroline Cunningham. (f) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars to my niece, Angela Cunningham Weiser. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath my real estate situate at 3421 Green Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and my household and personal effects and other tangible personalty of like nature (not including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereon, to my deceased wife's niece, Jane E. Should she predecease me, then I direct that said bequest shall be payable to her estate as she, by her last Will and Testament, may direct. FOURTH: The remaining residue and remainder of my estate, I direct shall be distributed as follows: (a) Twenty"two per cent (22%) of same, I give and bequeath to my deceased wife's nephew, John R. Davey. (b) Thirty"four per cent (34%) of same, I give and bequeath to Mary Kephart, the wife of my nephew, William P. Kephart, Sr. (c) Twenty-two per cent (22%) of same, I give and bequeath to my sister, Dorothy M. Stees. (d) Twenty-two per cent (22%) of same, I give and bequeath to my deceased wife's niece, Jane E. Graffam. FIFTH: Should any legatee predecease me, and if I have not made other provisions in this my last Will and Testament, then I direct that his or her share shall be divided equally among the surviving legatees as set forth in Paragraph FOURTH of this my last Will and Testament. SIXTH: My personal representative shall have the follow- ing powers in addition to those vested in her by law and by other provisions of my Will, applicable to all property, whether principal or income, exercisable without court ap- proval, and effective until actual distribution of all property: (a) To sell at public or private sale, any personal property for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as she shall deem proper. (b) To compromise any claim or controversy. SEVENTH: I appoint Jane E. Graffam, who presently resides at 509 Cocklin Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
