PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Dorothy ~1. Stees respectfully represents:
1. That Petitioner is the sister of John T. Greek, and resides at Apart-
ment E-30l, 3300 Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg, Pa., 17109.
2. That the said John T. Greek is 81 years of age, a widower, and is at
present at the Nightingale Nursing Home, 1700 ~1arket Street, Camp Hill, Pa.,
17011.
3. That the said John T. Greek because of mental infirmities is unable
to manage his property.
4. That the names, addresses and relationship of next of kin of the
alleged incompetent are Dorothy M. Stees, sister, of Apartment E-30l, 3300
Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg, Pa., 17109; William G. Stees, nephew, of RFD-2,
Box 330, Cumberland Center, Maine, 04021; Patricia G. Harm, niece, at Box 4271,
Harrisburg, Pa., and Jacqueline T. Swartz, niece, of Apartment E-30l, 3300
Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg, Pa., 17109.
5. That the estate of said John T. Greek includes personal property and
real estate of the kinds and values set forth in Exhibit "A", which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
6. That the said John T. Greek was a member of the Armed Services of the
United States, Medical Corps of the United States Army.
7. The proposed guardian is CCNB Bank, N .A., and it has no interest
adverse to the alleged incompetent. The Consent of the proposed Guardian is
attached hereto.
8. No other Court has ever assumed jurisdiction in any proceeding to
determine the incompetency of the said John T. Greek, the alleged incompetent.
9. Tnat the alleged incompetent has no guardian already appointed.

WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that a Citation issue directed to the
alleged incompetent to show cause why he should not be adjudged an incompetent
and a guardian of his estate be appointed.

CONSENT
JANE E. DAVIDSON, Trust Officer for CCNB Bank, N.A., the proposed
Guardian of the estate of John T. Greek, the alleged incompetent, declares
that CCNB Bank, N.A. has no interest adverse to that of the alleged incom-
petent and is neither the fiduciary nor the surety for any fiduciary of any
estate in whid1 the alleged incompetent may have any interest, and that it
is willing to act and does hereby consent to its appointment as Guardian of
the estate of the alleged incompetent.

EXHIBIT "A"
It is estimated that the properties in which the Alleged Incompetent has
an interest are of the kinds generally and of the values as follows:
Real estate owned solely by the Alleged Incompetent at 3421 Green Street,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, having an approximate value of $15,000.00.
Household goods approximately $750.00.
Optional passbook account with State Capital Savings & Loan Association,
002-00-07695, with a present value of $4,660.00.
Certificate of Deposit with State Capital Savings & Loan Association,
002-2008462, with a present balance of $10,000.00.
Earnings check for 002-2008462, State Capital Savings & Loan Association,
in the amount of $382.08.
Certificate of Deposit with CCNB Bank, N.A., 011465, In the amount of
$16,000.00.
Earnings check for 011465, CCNB Bank, N.A. in the amount of $290.02.
Checking Account with CCNB Bank, N .A., Account No. 336-488-2, with a
present balance of $1,553.63.
Pension Plan with Aetna Life & Casualty Company, Contract No. GA 2285,
Certificate No. 1003, which provides a monthly benefit in the amount of
$113.59. Monthly checks for December, 1977; January, 1978; and February,
1978, have been received.
Safe Deposit Box with CCNB Bank, N.A., the contents of which have not
been examined, pending the outcome of this proceeding.
