John T. Greek died testate on July 26, 1978. He devised and
bequeathed his entire estate as follows:
$200.00 to Raymond A. Hinke.
$200.00 to Randal Davey.
$200.00 to William P. Kephart, Jr.
$200.00 to Rosemary Cunningham.
$200.00 to Caroline Cunningham.
$200.00 to Angela Cunningham Weiser.

other tangible property (not including cash or securities)

(b) 34% to Mary Kephart.
(c) 22% to Dorothy M. Stees.
(d) 22% to Jane E. Graffam.
The said Mary Kephart died August 20, 1978.
Letters of Administration
have been granted to Katholeen M. Kephart on August 24, 1978, by the
Register of Wills, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The following items have been distributed to certain beneficiaries,
pursuant to the above.
