The purpose of this appraisal is to estimate the market value of the Estate of David Gephart for the Trust Department of The First National Bank of Shippensburg. After careful study, it is my opinion that the Market Value as of February 11, 1978 is. THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ($37.000.1 DOLLARS. The above total market value is defined as. "The highest price estimated in terms of money which a property will bring if exposed for sale in the open market allowing a reasonable time to find a purchaser who buys with knowledge of all the uses to which it is adapted and for which it is capable of being used. ,.
