SHAFFER, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this the First Codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated May 8, 1972. 1. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to Rodney Peffer and direct that the inheritance tax on this bequest be paid out of my residuary estate; in this respect, should the said Rodney Peffer be under 18 years of age at the time of my decease, I direct that the same be deposited in a savings account with a local banking institution, the same to remain there until such time as the said Rodney Peffer becomes 18 years of age. It being my wish that this bequest be used for continuing his education after he graduates from high school. 2. I hereby ratify and confirm my Last Will and Testament dated May 8, 1972, in all other respects and to all intents and purposes not inconsistent herewith.
