of cash, be distributed in accordance Hith paragraph numbered "1."
of the First Codicil to decedent's Last '..Jill and 'festanent dated Yay
29, 1976, providing for the rayment of the sum of ,:a,ooo.OO to Hodney
Peffer, to be placed in a local bankinr: institution in a savings account
until the said Rodney Peffer attains the age of eighteen (18) years,
and payment of the balance of s aid funds in the amount of <,:3,919.58 to
Larry Hiley, in accordance with parapraph numbered "5." oC decedent's
Last '.>/ill and Testament dated Hay 8, 1972, the said Geraloine 'viiley
Lyons also mentioned as a beneficiary predeceased the decedent and
therefore the entire residuary estate is payable to the said Larry
'eEle;! under existine; ?ennsyJvania Lavr. The marble top stand and cherry
diniO'; room suite ment ioned in paragraphs numbered "2." and "3." of
decedent's Will having already been disposed of, and therefore Distri-
bution is proposed as follows:
To Hodney Peffer, to be place in a savings account
at a local banking institution until he attains
the age of eighteen (18) years, the sum of:
