LACKEY, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and testament and revoke all wills which I have previously made. I - I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all of my legally owing obligations, funeral and administrative expenses and all inheritance, transfer, estate, succession and death taxes as soon as convenient after my decease. II - I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real and personal, in equal shares to my sister, Rebecca J. Lackey, and my brother, Clyde A. Lackey, if living, or if either be deceased then all to the survivor of the two of them. III - If neither my sister nor my brother, above named, shall survive me, I direct my executor hereinafter named to convert into cash and sell at either public or private sale all of my real and personal estate, and to add the proceeds thereof to my residuary estate which I give and bequeath per stirpes to the issue of my decease brother, Joel L. Lackey, absolutely. IV - I appoint Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Penn- sylvania, as executor of this my last will and testament.
