I direct that all of my property, real and personal except a set forth in paragraph 2, be converted into cash as soon as conven- ient after my death and for this purpose I authorize and direct my hereinafter named executors to sell my property at either public or private sale for such price or prices as they deem reasonable. 2. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mildred Pauline Jacoby any of the household furnishings, dishes, linens, etc. which are in my house located in West Pennsboro Township aforesaid, which she may desire to have for her own use. 3.
