We enclose the following documents for filing on behalf of the above-captioned
estate:
1. Original Will of Janet Hornbeck;
2. Original Death Certificate;
3. The original and two copies of a Petition for Grant of Letters
Testamentary;
4. An Estate Information Sheet;
5. Our check in the amount of $510.00 representing the probate fee;
6. Our check in the amount of $20.00, made payable to the "Cumberland
County Register of Wills," representing your fee to commission an out-of-
state court to take the oath of the Executor; and
7. Our client's check in the amount of $26,500.00, made payable to the
"Register of Wills, Agent," representing prepayment of the estimated
inheritance taxes due.
