MARCH, of Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following: 1. I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils hereto- fore made by me. 2. I hereby direct my Executors to pay all my just debts, funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as Soon as practicable after my death. 3. I devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate as follows: A. The Black Grandmother's Rocker to my daughter, Audrey I. Shughart, if she is then living; B. The Electric Organ to my daughter, Barbara A. Miller, if she is then living; C. The Bronze Cherry Girl Statue to my daughter, Beverly E. Stine, if she is then living; D. The Gone With The Wind Lamp to my son, Marlin E. March, if he is then living. E. My Milk Glass set of dishes, Copenhagen Blue and White China set of dishes and Gold Trim China set of dishes to my three daughters, Audrey I. Shughart, Barbara A. Miller and Beverly E. Stine, then living, to be selected as follows: I direct my Executors to list the name of each living daughter on separate identical slips of paper and then allow each daughter, in the order of selection by an impartial person, to select the set of her choice. F. The Antique Glass dishes and any set of dishes not disposed of in preceeding paragraph E hereof, to my children then living, in equal shares; and G. The remainder thereof to my issue living on the thirty-first day following my death, per stirpes. 4. I nominate and appoint my children, Marlin E. March and be under the abe of twenty-one years of age. Beverly E. The balance of such income and/or principal shall be paid to such beneficiary upon reaching the age of twenty-one years, or to such beneficiary's estate in the event of death prior thereto. 5. I direct that my personal representatives and trustees, as well as their successors, shall not be required to file bond or security in any jurisdiction.
