Lambert Owner MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIPAL CLAIM AND NOW, comes the c1aimont, TOWNSHIP OF HAMPDEN, by the Township Manager, who files the following claim against Michael E. lambert and that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by him and described as follows: 4196 Nantucket Drive Mechanicsburg, P A 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-16-1058 Parcel No: 120 For sewer/trash services rendered from 06/01/01 to 4/30/05. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $1287.79 was duly assessed against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 4/30/05 and for which sum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above- described premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207 (53 P.S.
