Earl and that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and described as follows: 5268 Terrace Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-17-1033 Parcel No: 090 For sewer/trash services rendered from 10/01/04 to 4/30/05. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true capy of the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $379.99 was duly assessed against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 4/30/05 and for which sum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207 (53 P.S.
