CITATION
AND NOH WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and
excuses whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before
the honorable judges of the common pleas court, Orphans'
Court Diviaion ab a session of the said Court there tobe
held, for the County of Cumberland to show cause Why, if
any there be-, why the Inheritance Tax in said estate should not be
paid: and to further direct that the cost of this action be
borne by the said Beneficiary: said Citation returnable at
1:30 P.M., on the 17th day of June, 1985.
