Dear Mr. Black.
This is in reference to the First and Final Account in the
above-referenced estate.
Since inheritance tax is due nine (9) months after the date
of death, the final tax payment of $637.21 was delinquent and interest
was due on this payment. The interest due on this estate equals $20.79.
If this amount is received prior to August 23, 1983, the date for con-
firmation by the Court, the Department of Revenue will have no objection
to the First and Final Account. Please mail a copy of the receipt from
the Register of Wills to this office so that it may be received before
August 23, 1983.
