ANSWER TO PETITION FOR CITATION
AND NOW, comes Naomi E. Fishel, Respondent in the above-
captioned action, and by her attorney, Joseph P. Alexa, respectfully
avers as follows:
1. Admitted.
2. Denied since Respondent has no personal knowledge of
the existence of the bank account alleged in paragraph 2 of the
present Petition.
3. Admitted.
4. Denied that Respondent is liable for the payment of any
Inheritance Tax for the reasons set forth in the following paragraph.
S. Denied that Respondent is liable for the payment of any
Inheritance Tax for the following reasons. Respondent was employed
as a housekeeper by the decedent, Jacob H. Miller, during the
approximate periods of March through September, 1978; October through
December, 1978; and March through August of 1979. From these periods
until the present time, Respondent has no knowledge of any bank account
as alleged in paragraph 2 of the present Petition. Additionally,

Respondent has not received notice from any bank or savings insti-
tution or the estate of Jacob H. Miller that she 1S entitled to
any money or property of the decedent.
6. Admitted.
7. Denied that Respondent should be subject to a Citation
for the reasons previously set forth herein.
WHEREFORE, Respondent respectfully requests that the present
Petition against her be dismissed and that the costs of this action
be paid by the Commonwealth.
